How To Ruby Sanctum 10 or 25 Man – General Zarithrian

Ruby Sanctum
Main Tank General Zarithrian –> Onyx Flamecaller
Off Tank Onyx Flamecaller –> General Zarithrian
Ranged DPS General Zarithrian – Assign 1 or 2 to take down the adds
Melee DPS General Zarithrian – Assign 1 or 2 to take down the adds
Healer One on tank and one on raid
Raid Leader Let the MT pick up Zarithrian while the OT waits for the adds. Have assigned DPS ready to take the adds while the rest focus on the boss. Try two DPS on adds raising to three or four if needed however you should try to keep as much on the boss as possible. The only reason why you may need to switch to the adds is because they keep spawning as they are on a timer and not boss health based, so don’t let your raid get overwhelmed.

Zarithrian uses Cleave Armor so the MT and OT need to swap roles at two to three stacks. The other ability of this boss is Intimidating Roar which is an AoE fear/stun that will hit your raid members in range for four seconds and reset the aggro tables. A Shaman’s Tremor Totem will cancel this boss effect.

Zarithrian can be disarmed by Warriors and Rogues so a zerg tactic is possible if your DPS can achieve an average between 6k and 7.5k damage output.
25 Man Zarithrian will have more health and cause more damage.
Heroic Zarithrian will have more health and cause more damage (to be confirmed).
